I very reluctantly contacted Simon to get unabridged birth certificates from Zim never really believing it would happen. First up, Simon responded to me immediately despite the fact i had sent my query through on a weekend. He was amazing. Responded promptly, got the certificates legalised with the department of foreign affairs and couriered then to me in South Africa. Simon clearly knows what he is doing and his service and response are incredible. Highly highly recommend
