How Payment Works
At Document Recovery Zimbabwe, payments are required for the professional services we provide in assisting clients to obtain and process Zimbabwean documents. Our fees cover the time, effort, and expertise involved in handling each request.
1️⃣ Request a Quotation
Before making any payment, clients should first contact us to request a quotation or invoice for the service required.
The quotation will include:
Service fees
Processing costs
Courier or delivery costs
Clients should not make any payments without first confirming the total cost.
2️⃣ Payment Before Processing
Once the quotation has been accepted, payment must be made before the processing of the request begins.
Depending on the service, payment may be required in one of the following ways:
Full payment before the process begins, or
Stage payments, where part of the payment is made before the process begins and the balance is paid at a later stage.
Processing of documents cannot begin without payment.
3️⃣ Payment Methods
Payments may be made using the approved methods provided on the invoice or payment instructions.
These may include:
Bank transfer
Card payments
Other agreed payment methods
Any bank or card transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
4️⃣ Confirmation of Payment
Once payment has been made, clients should send proof of payment to confirm the transaction. Processing will begin once the payment has been verified.
5️⃣ Additional Costs
In some cases, additional costs may arise during the process. These may include:
Courier or delivery fees
Additional certification costs
Government processing fees
Clients will be informed if any additional payments are required.
6️⃣ Refund Policy
Document Recovery Zimbabwe generally provides partial refunds only if a service cannot be completed. This is because once work begins, time, effort, and operational costs have already been incurred.
7️⃣ Payment Security
All payments are handled according to agreed payment instructions and clients are advised to confirm payment details before making any transactions.
